Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, sales, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping

We currently ship orders within the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather, strikes, or other unexpected events.

We recommend taking clear photographs of the package and the items received and keeping the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
